Our J-Bar Foam Padding Inserts Help To Reduce Heel Lift & Ankle Blisters!

Each boot insert will help to reduce the extra volume in your boot liners, allowing you to ski & snowboard with greater comfort this season! Sometimes called "L-Pads," these are a great way to make your boots more snug so you can spend more time on the slopes (and less time healing).

General Installation Guidelines:

Installation is quick & easy. Follow these guidelines to easily apply each pad & have a more enjoyable day skiing!

• Apply the pads behind the protruding ankle bones on your boot liners
• Use the self-adhesive backing to stick each pad to the liner
• If you have lots of extra space (more heel lift), stack two pads on top of each other
• If necessary, cover each pad with duct tape for added security.

MADE FROM FIRM 1/8" FIRM NEOPRENE

Each padded cushion is made from a firm neoprene foam. The firm material makes it easier to taper the edges of the padding inserts if necessary!

SELF-ADHESIVE STICKY BACKING

Each pad comes with self-adhesive backing. To remove the backing, pull down on black foam first, and then pull up on the adhesive backing after it begins to separate.
